Went in for a scheduled oil change. The man at the counter greeted me nicely. The waiting area was comfortable, free coffee was available. I received a link that allowed me to follow progess. I was really impressed that a man came in the hall and called my name and walked me back to the counter to check me out instead of me getting a text. The service is very personable.
I have had this 2026 Chevrolet Equinox for over 3 months and have enjoyed every moment of this experience.
