I'm reaching out to express my disappointment with the quality of a recent paint job done through your shop. I had a claim which involved a new bumper, and less than a year later, the paint is already peeling. It honestly looks like a single thin layer of paint—almost like latex house paint—and it's not holding up at all. Given today's standards and expectations for automotive repairs, especially in 2022, this level of workmanship is extremely frustrating.
