Not quite ready to buy a new car yet, but I have started to look at a few for future reference. I spoke with Josh and he was incredibly knowledgable, took the time to answer all my questions, and wasn't pushy at all. 8 year update and my family has now purchased 2 cars off Josh Isfjord and a few coworkers have bought from him too after my referrals. One day I’ll be able to afford my own but until then, I’ll keep sending everyone else his way. I’ll never buy the big city hype!
If I could give a rating less than 1, I would. They are very good at selling you the vehicle, but refuse to stand behind their product. We bought a 2025 Buick Encore GX and after it being on the road for a week, they had to take the transmission out and give us a new clutch. They had the vehicle for over three weeks. I contacted the dealership to inquire about the availability and pricing of a specific vehicle. Instead of receiving the requested information, I was admonished for contacting another dealership regarding the same inquiry. The sales representative’s tone came across as rude and unprofessional, which made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.
Josh isford: A pain to look at and a pain to deal with. Look into the dealerships in Winnipeg, they pay no attention to detail here and the sales team will talk amongst themselves for a minute before acknowledging you
"We aren't required by law to provide block heaters, so we won't put one in." Good to know their standards are as low as legally possible. We called several times, and have been told repeatedly the manager will be calling us back, but it never happens. Find another dealership. This one is not good.
