I got my GMC a few months ago and I love it. The sales people were very helpful and did what they could to help me get my vehicle to the price I could afford. I'm happy to say I would go back there again. Also the service people were awesome as well!! I would highly recommend this GMC dealership for your future car!
I wish my car was fixed instead of being not fixed.
The foremost problem with this shop is the reps in the Service dept. They are bullish, inattentive, distracted. And for the very first time patronizing numerous different OEMs and dealers over 25 years, my car went into a dealer, had to be sent back in, and came out with a new problem.
I have always had very positive experiences with Queenston Chev and my most recent experience with buying another Equinox was no different. From Billy in sales to Haseeb in financing to Rishi in delivery. Teresa in service always looks after me well. This my my 4th Equinox purchased from them and my 6th vehicle from them.
I recently purchased a vehicle at Queenston Chevrolet Buick in Hamilton and Selma ,Haseeb and Bill were absolutely fabulous. Pretty straightforward no hassles and first class customer service. Thanks again to the staff at Queenston Chevrolet Buick GMC.
