Kramer Chevrolet & GMC is the most professional and best dealership I have ever worked with in 30 years. They don’t play the typical dealership games and go back and forth, they give you the best dealer the first time! Amazing team and I will buy all my vehicles from Kramer Auto Plaza!!!
The blonde receptionist in the front was rude to my 2yr old son and my 70yr old grandma who was watching my son as I picked up my truck from the service department. Everyone else was very friendly and respectful but the older woman with short blonde hair working the front desk ruined the whole experience and shouldn’t be working there if she doesn’t have the common decency to be polite. Especially as a receptionist that’s supposed to know how to speak to people with mutual respect.
