I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership, primarily due to the sales manager’s lack of transparency and professionalism. I provided a pre-approval letter from my bank with a better interest rate than the financing offered through GM Financial. Out experience was excellent working with Charlie. He shared the video of the car we were interested in advance to our visit. Maintained transparency in pricing. Negotiation was smooth. As most salesperson do is to sell a car of higher price but he kept focused on car we were interested in and understood our constraints and requirements very well. I had a scheduled appointment and informed the dealership of the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle. My vehicle was bright into the Kramer shop in Livingston Texas on March 11, 2026. Upon leaving my vehicle with them I asked if there was a loaner available because I knew there was something wrong with either the engine or transmission.
