Bad experience
My mom took her Tahoe here for an oil change and recall repairs. They added on a tire rotation, charged her for it and then said she requested it. When I called, the lady that answered the phone got very defensive when I said “I feel like she was bullied into paying for a tire rotation”. She then transferred me to Wayne. Wayne immediately was very rude and disrespectful when I was telling him my mom came in for two recall repairs and an oil change. He corrected me and said it was three. Great place for vehicle service. Its nice to have someone answer the phone when you call to set up an appointment, unlike others where you either need to set up online or leave a.message for a.service advisor to call back and they never do.
Salesman was great. Nice small town dealership
