Service was not that great. They charge $220/hour, which is diabolically demonic. They assessed my hybrid and told me the code that came up was saying the batteries are showing 7 degree Celsius higher than recommended and that’s why it has issues charging. Then they proceeded to tell me that the only fix is to get a whole new battery installation valued at $23,000. Ya… ok, who the hell would do that. Had year long issues with my 2019 highcountry silverado 3500 diesel. A Vancouver dealer couldnt fix. After a recommendation to go to Bannister in Chiliwack, I decided to take a chance. It is 1hr there 1hr back to drop off and 1hr there to pick it up and 1 hr back. Not only did they find and fix my truck dying intermittently, the cause was previously poor connector splice work by last dealer.
