On a road trip from Vancouver BC area and my oil change came up, found John bear location and they had plenty of spots available. I overestimated my drive time coming into Toronto and got in later than expected to be and booked a super early appointment the next day. I called in the morning to see if I could reschedule a bit later so I could get some more sleep and they were able to help me out. The service lady was very friendly and helpful as well. My experience at Chevrolet John Bear was excellent. I brought in my Chevy Blazer due to an issue with the crankcase pressure sensor and contacted Jacob in the service department. He was exceptionally hospitable, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. The issue was promptly resolved, and as an added bonus, they topped up my fluids and provided a complimentary car wash. Based on my experience, I highly recommend John Bear over other dealerships.
