I had such a wonderful experience with Martha! She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from the very beginning. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. I truly appreciated how honest and helpful she was throughout the entire process.
I took my Buick vehicle into John Bears on Upper James because my right rear tire needed air badly. My service man, Adam not only had the tire filled, but also had my car washed (which was very dirty). This is an exceptional dealership to deal with. They are professional and courteous, yet friendly and very helpful. I am so happy they are my dearlership and will continue to use them and buy any future car there. Laura Malarczuk
