Extremely unprofessional service offered to a senior and Canadian Veteran, who went here for services after purchasing 2 vehicles from here. The employees and owner should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.

Brought the truck in on a Tuesday for power steering issues. I was told by Shelly earliest appointment was the following Monday so I left the truck there because it wasn't drivable. On the following week I called to see how the truck was and was told they just booked it for the Thursday. On wednesday i got a call asking me to bring it in for the thdmursday. I brought my Escalade here after having an emergency while visiting the island. We drove down from Alberta and had an engine lifter fail while driving. Called the dealership they told me to drop it off and got me scheduled in right away. The first guy I delt with (Dion Wade) Is the worst service advisor I’ve ever delt with. Very Poor Service especially from Shelley Nichol being overly rude and mumbling stuff under her breath as she is walking away , also i was told my Total at the Dealership was about $90 ish higher from the initial quote on the phone. Very hard to get ahold of the service advisors and they are not in any rush to update you either Also icing on the cake upon picking up my Camaro the car had Multiple Grease stains such as on the door and on the arm rest.
