I had a recent issue with my wife's vehicle and I was able to immediately get a hold of Jessica. She got us an appointment immediately, had the vehilce diagnosed, and repaired. The issue was located and were even granted a loaner vehicle so my wife wont miss any work time. This is A+ service for sure.
I was attended by a service consultant by an individual whose name I do not recall but it sounded like Jeremy or Jonathan but I am not sure. I will refer to this individual as J. I arrived early to drop off my vehicle to correct an issue with my radio remaining on after I existed the vehicle.
