Parts department does not answer the phone and no other way of getting a hold of them. Automatically places you on hold as soon as it answers. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then it disconnected me. Called back and after being on hold another 5 minutes, disconnected once again. Extremely frustrating when you can't even contact an actual person there at the business to answer your questions. Will definitely think again about buying a vehicle there.
Had my 1st oil change on my 2025 GMC Sierra. Isaac was very courteous and professional, poor guy never even had his lunch. The mechanic who did the oil change was very thorough and clean. My only complaint, was while waiting in the lobby and had to witness a salesman hitting on a customer in the lobby. I did not get his name but his age was 20 yrs old.
