Buyer Beware!! This dealership is a complete scam—they only care about taking your money. My mom’s car safety had inaccurate info (500+ km discrepancy), and when I pointed it out—along with other serious issues—management ignored me. They even tried to argue the discrepancy, but their sheer incompetence was obvious. Despite clear documentation, they refused to refund unauthorized repairs, blaming their own employees for not noting my mom’s request. No pleasant experience trying to buy a used car. I drove from Alliston to this dealership (70km away) for a drive test, while testing the car, someone deposited $500 for the car so when I finished the test, the used vehicles manager told me:” sorry but..” I found this very disappointing and out of ethics, spent time and gas for nothing.
Recently went to George Town Chevy Buick to look at a 2020 BRZ and the whole process of buying the car and working with them was flawless. I had Carmen and Mike help with my purchase and it was an amazing experience for someone who is buying their first ever car! They explained everything in detail to me and made sure I was 110% happy at the end of the day. They were very kind and respectful and made a stressful process easy. I ended up coming home with one of my favourite cars and its no thanks to Carmen and Mike
