Update: There was a misunderstanding during the finance portion of my vehicle purchase involving some addons I didn’t intend to include. Initially, I felt misled and frustrated by how things were handled, but after raising my concerns, Doug the manager personally reached out to make it right. He was professional, understanding, and apologetic. He made things right with me, which I really appreciated.
