Doug is/was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, humorous and inviting, something very rare these days. I had some very specific features I wanted in a new truck and was told by another dealer that I was looking for a unicorn. However, a client recommended Lyndon from Cochrane GM. Not only did Lyndon find every feature, he did it in a brand new Midnight Edition Silverado. It’s a beautiful truck. Very clean and professional place! We got lots of help and information from Reid and Gregory about new vehicles! Colleen their administration receptionist has been absolutely so helpful with helping us along our car buying journey. My husband said the many times he had to call to ask some questions with getting appointments she was very sweet and understanding! Thank you to everyone and we will be back when our lease it up to purchase something new for our shared vehicle!
I had an excellent experience with this dealership and would highly recommend them. Kam was amazing to work with.
