Always incredible service. I wish I had bought my truck from them instead of where I bought it, because the other guys about 40 minutes down the road aren’t nearly as good.
Poor customer relations, no help with problem solving, gouging and taking advantage of customers in a crisis. We had our car towed to the dealership when it broke down in Smithers, on the recommendation of the BCAA driver. The dealership agreed to deal with it but were busy for a week. Coming from out of town this was awkward but we agreed, and rented a vehicle for the week.
