Très mauvais service . 30 minutes d'attente au service avant de pouvoir parler à un employé et de remettre les clés de mon véhicule . Aucun service de raccompagnent offert . 2 heures 45 minutes pour un changement de pneu et changement d'huile . Erreurs sur la facture. Employée très peu serviable , aucun sourire et style autoritaire . Très peu de respect pour la clientèle

I asked for a price last summer to get an idea for a budget for a 2500HD. Notifying Mr Lefort that it was a truck for 2024. The options were changed several times (4) minor adjustments had to be made but since the start of 2024 multiple times he was asked to have a detailed pricing and he would not give me what i was asking for. Other gm dealers gave me what I needed to show corporate after my last visit and email asking for again more detailed pricing .
