I called and talked to Angela about extra warranty for our 2024 silverado as 2 of my friends and myself all bought new trucks from there last year. Angela told me the differences on warranty what would best suit what I wanted. As always Angela is the best to work with
Had a CEL on my truck. They had it diagnosed and parts on order super quick! Booked in as soon as the parts showed up. Jade did great! Update: I've been in and out for oil changes and recalls. Jade is still awesome to deal with and I want to add that Hardeep is also awesome! Very informative, very positive very good service team!
Purchased a GMC Sierra from Cheyenne that we saw online. My boyfriend was in another province so they delt with me. Right from the get go I felt they didn't treat me with as much respect as maybe a male. I pointed out scratches on the running board on passenger side and they said they would paint or replace when I had it in for oil change. They never did. Month or so ago we were interested in a vehicle that was listed online. Very clean condition in photos and listed low mileage. (60,xxx) Drove from Regina to have a look. They were aware we were interested in viewing. Disappointed right off the bat. After having a really bad experience with another so-called dealership in Saskatoon, I was very distraught. Traveling home. I discovered what I wanted. The vehicle that I needed on Cheyenne's website called them up. Dale was amazing. He took the time with me. He told me that it had one owner. No accidents allowed. My dad and I to take it out for a test drive. It was perfect. They stayed late for me. Would totally recommend the salesman at Cheyenne motor products
