I have NEVER experienced in my 35 years in the car business, a staff, that was absolutely incapable of locating a canceled GAP policy, with Alpha Warranty Services, having provided Blakely with ALL of the pertinent information, after I cancelled my GAP policy. It has been months of continuous calls and giving management accurate information regarding this cancelled policy and I'm told they cannot find it! REALLY? Worst dealership ever cannot say enough do not buy from these people. They are rude, completely unhelpful, and whatever you do if you are foolish enough to buy from them, do not buy an extended warranty. You will never get your money back if you tried the car in they are the rudest people I have ever spoken to in my life horrible if I could give less than a star, I would I would give -50 stars if I could.
SO thankful for the employees and mechanics for helping us when we broke down 3.5 hours from home. They got us the parts needed to get our truck fixed and back on the road in the same day. We are super grateful for the amazing service 🙏
Bought a 2022 White Chevrolet silverado and the very first day it started having problems with transmission. Didn't even make it home 22 miles down the road. Good people of Georgia or wherever you are from, I wouldn't recommend this place for any of your dependable driving needs. I'm seriously praying, please think twice before doing business here.
