If you’re walking into Casa Chevrolet or Casa Toyota in Alamogordo and you aren’t asking for Eric, you’re doing yourself a disservice. This man is the definition of knowledgeable, not the fake “I skimmed the brochure” kind, but the real deal who actually knows what he’s talking about and can explain everything without making you feel rushed or confused. Bad dealership, lie constantly, 2 months and still no license plate, just excuses. I paid cash and they can't show me proof of ownership or title. When you call their the good guys, more like the good liers. Never trust what they say. "Update 2 weeks later" they want return calls. Found out they sold me a car with a lean on it, and they hadn't paid it off is the reason they didn't have the title. Need to go back to get our 3rd temporary tag.
