I had a bit of a mixed experience here. The service and hospitality were great—everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and my stylist was kind throughout the appointment. However, I was pretty surprised by the final price for what ended up being a very basic haircut. There was no styling done, and at the end the stylist didn’t check to make sure the length was even all the way around, which I expected at this price point. I’ve been here twice, first time I had a great experience! But for my second time I called to book asked for pricing and I was told a certain number, after my blowout I was charged way more than my given price. I asked is this correct and she stated because of my length and volume I was charged extra, she said someone should’ve told me on the phone. My hairstylist of 11 years moved, so I gave this salon a try. Booking was easy and the salon is cute, but parking is tough and we barely discussed my color before my stylist began mixing the color. I asked for a low-maintenance, natural, dimensional brunette color and instead left with streaky, uneven blonde highlights. I had Brynn as my hairstylist and she did a wonderful job! She listened to what i wanted and gave me a beautiful haircut! I would recommend!
