Absolutely loved my experience here! The salon is such a beautiful, cosy and welcoming place, and everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in. The massage was AMAZING and honestly made the whole experience even more relaxing. I went in today with apparently half a head of foils appt, i showed my reference photo i wanted a light brown with highlights and face framing highlights. i left with an ashy blonde, i did tell her after it was all done this is not what i wanted, yet was told id need to rebook and basically repay the same cost for what i actually want, and not a fix up for their mistake??? i was told after she checked my foils they would take another 5 minutes. i waited more than 10 minutes, same with my toner, i was told 20 minutes but wait... read more
