Chevely Medical centre is a credit to the NHS the medical staff are excellent and go that extra mile to help you as a patient whilst the admin staff are super efficient and do their upmost at all times to help with appointments and general stuff . There’s definitely an ethos that’s absolutely focused on patients care and needs it’s the best GP Surgery I’ve been registered with . I was registered with Cheveley Park Medical Centre Durham since 2021, and last week I wanted to get an appointment for an ECG the lady on the phone told me that I was deregistered, I did not recieved any text or email or call to infome me of the situation and when I needed an ECG I could not get an appointment. and the worst part is that all my records/datta are lost I do not know what to say. I hope you will update your patients in the future.
Excellent service! The receptionists are all extremely polite and helpful. I have found them extremely empathic when I’ve had to call about my elderly dad. Whenever I speak to the doctors they clearly know my dad’s case and will always visit if indicated. It’s so reassuring to have such a supportive GP practice. Thank you to the whole team.
