Brand new and gorgeous condo building. Staff here are nice
We’ve enjoyed living at The Cheval very much. The fellow residents are quite friendly, the building is well maintained and managed, the westerly sunset views are amazing, and the farmers market across the street every Sunday is wonderful. We feel fortunate to have purchased a home here early on.

The building, amenities, and front desk are all excellent. Top tier. However, the building is managed like a retirement community with awful direction. The “rules” restrict this building from coming to its full potential. There is no socialization between owners, no one says hi in the halls, it isn’t an enjoyable place to live.
