They are not helpful and customer service is bad
5 stars for 2 reasons: (1) the store is open on Sunday when nearly all plumbing stores are not, I bought a $10 pipe which saved us from a $250 emergency plumbing repair. (2) the staff were friendly and offered to cut the pipe to fit what we needed. If I had gone to Home Depot on 23rd Street, would Home Depot offer the same service? I am grateful for being able to walk to a local business and to get what one needs.
Had an emergency work, called them to ask if they have the material that I need, they hang-up on me a few times.?!
