They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Usually when I leave the dentist, I can tell a difference in how much cleaner my mouth is, but I couldn't really tell when I left their office. I highly recommend Dr. Jerry Chung. He is very respectful and always takes time to make sure all of my questions are answered. Last year I had work done on a tooth that didn't completely eliminate my pain. Dr. Chung had me come back for several follow up visits to make sure all my issues were taken care of. He did this without charging me for additional appointments. He's not only a good dentist, he is a good person who takes pride in his work.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were so kind and attentive to me.
