New owner, Tony came over same day I called. Toilet was not flushing after several attempts at standard solutions we were stumped. Tony came back the next day with a theory it was linked to the septic system even though all other plumbing was working fine. He was correct, impressive and it was actually an electrical/plumbing issue. Price was ok as he charged me for two hours labor and added a new wax ring as well as a water line to the toilet at no cost.
Called to fix leak.. couldn’t fix it.. charged $800.. Call chet if u want to get ripped off & cheated. Chet should be charged with fraud.
I used this plumber a few years ago and the service was ok but expensive. I was in a desperate plumbing situation so called (he’s local) as I like to support local business. Then he told me it was over $200 just for a service call even if he couldn’t fix my problem. And I asked about a new filter system and he said he doesn’t give quotes. It would be $800 plus and no guarantees. So unprofessional and taught me a lesson never to bother this person again.
Great job by professional technicians! I have been using Chet's for 30 plus years . Always on time and excellent service
