Quick and clean. We talked over phone to get estimate, then drop the car in few days later. Job was done nicely. Very friendly place, no hiding costs.
I found Chet’s on Google maps. Walked in and spoke to Vu, he was very friendly and informed me to schedule an appointment. I called few days later and scheduled one. Came in, he was very helpful and did a quit reading of the check engine codes and explained what I should do. Very friendly and professional interaction. My issue was resolved w/o needing to bring the car in, thanks to his suggestions.
Chet's shop is super clean! It makes you feel really good about taking your car there. I brought in my Mini Cooper to diagnose an electrical issue and his prices were amazing! Another shop wanted $210 to do an inspection. I won't mention Chet's price here, but seriously give him a call if you're having an issue!
Vu is great. He went the extra mile to help me sort out issues with my car. It was a safety recall issue that other shops weren't aware of and he even helped me follow up with the dealerships. Honest, reliable place to service your vehicle.
