I recently needed an ambulance to transport me to the Mayo Health System in Barron, WI. I have used this service previously & was pleased. At the very beginning of this trip the woman EMS, Sam, was sarcastic to say the least. One should not be made to feel guilty of calling for help. She was very unprofessional in the way she spoke to me & tenants in the building I live in.
