I'm a former patient. And prior to today I would have given this practice a five-star. But in trying to make an appointment for a checkup the receptionist taking the appointment was so overbearingly rude that it was an imposition for me to ask her to repeat herself again as she was speaking in an accent and I'm old I don't hear real well and I had my volume up all the way and she made me feel like it was an imposition for her to even talk to me. I had a screening colonoscopy with this Doctor, and I had no symptoms. After the colonoscopy, I developed abdominal pain that I initially thought was due to the air insufflation. After a couple of weeks with the pain, I called the office to be seen, and I was told that the doctor was traveling and that nobody else could see me. I insisted on being seen by someone, and eventually I got an appointment with a different doctor to be seen more than 15 days later. I have trusted this doctor for years with my care. He shows true interest in my health and well being. His quick and attentive care has been very significant to my colon health. He really knows his patients and their statuses he puts in that extra time to know each case and discusses your case with you. I will never go anywhere else. His office staff is very pleasant as well. He's never late like most doctors are. Overall he's one of the best gastroenterology around. Brilliant doctor!
