Amazing service from beginning to end. Had a few issues with other trades preparing the area for the shed. Rachel was understanding, patient and supportive until we were ready to install. The shed is amazing quality and value, after looking for a while at what was available. A great family run business I would recommend and will be using again in the future!!
Brilliant service with Rachel via email from start to finish. I was originally looking for a shed with a steel roof but chestnut sheds provided a like for like quote with regards to materials and timber thickness at a much cheaper price. In the end I was happy for a high-quality felt roof instead. This is a family company. They arrived early and the shed was fitted within 2 hours. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
I cannot praise this company highly enough. Right from the start they are quick to reply to you and importantly with all the details that you ask. I have built my own sheds so I know quality when I see it. You get exactly what is advertised, no sneaky using thinner panels by hiding behind pre and post finished thickness sizes. Very, very pleased with the whole service I have received from this company. Phoned Rachel in the office several times, she was extremely helpful and friendly and very knowledgable. Just what I needed and sadly lacking from other companies. With her help and sound advice I now have the exact type of shed (16x8) and spec / quality that I actually wanted and at a good price too.
