This is a warning to all who are looking to rent. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. Little Family Properties is the company that owns this and if you look them up on google reviews their reviews are horrible. Does not follow up with repair requests. You will not find a reliable method of communication here. They will give you the run around for your security deposit after deciding to moveout. It's a quiet community and decent place to live if you plan on never moving out. Communication is absolutely awful with Little Family Properties. It's been extremely frustrating as well with maintenance requests because the majority of them went un-answered. If you try to call, all you get is an automated answering bot. Finding an actual person to call requires deep digging that is tedious. I've had 2 walk-throughs done at this point because apparently the first person who did it wasn't good enough for the second. This is across the street from my house. All new trailers, middle class working people who are proud of their homes and cars. Very well kept and although they are close together, they are neat and clean. Paved driveways and roads throughout.
