This is a wonderful group of people, from the reception/administrative desk to the providers. I've been with Chestnut Ridge Dental for quite a few years, and I've had nothing but positive experiences.
I come to this practice even though I moved to Vermont. Treatment is knowledgeable and honest- been coming for years. The best dentist
OMG. Unnecessary procedures and bogus billing. I asked them several times to send an itemized bill, yet they continue to send a bill that does not break down the individual charges and payments received from the insurance company. They want to be paid $75 if you call to change the appointment. But they have no hesitation in calling you to cancel your appointment at the last hour because they do not have enough patients and they are going to close early. Great cleaning and exam
I’ve been coming to this dentist when Dr. Seckler was here. I’ve been coming here since I was two years old. I am now 54 years old. This practice is wonderful. The hygienists are wonderful. The dentists are wonderful. I always go to Kristen and Dr. Chris Lota. I just referred my nephews and they’ve been coming here and absolutely love it. If you want a dentist, you can trust chestnut Ridge is the place to go!
