Horrible management, my wife applied for us to buy a trailer that's for sale there, we paid for the application fee and everything then manager has been hard to reach, two weeks have went by with no update if we are approved or not. We decided to go else where. We did the application and was approved within two days at a different trailer park. This place is just stealing your money for the application fees then pretty much ignoring you.
Very friendly and welcoming during the open house! They keep in touch and made finding a home easy! :))
Horrible place to live! They raised the lot rent from $210 to $450-475! Greed is their only motivation and it’s left many people hurting and stressed! The owners are thieves! Buyers/renters BEWARE!!!
