Dad is in a discharge to assess bed but is wanting to stay. Loves it. Staff are brilliant: so, so caring. Manager fab. Hoping dad can stay because he is so happy and well looked after.
I've worked at chestnut House for 8 years 7 years doing night 1 year doing days I love my job we all have good days and bad days even through the covid but like any job not ever day the same and the management are her for us 24hrs a day
arrogant and rude management, said short staffed and my responsibility to stay with my mother in hospital,, she is never out of the room 24/7 ... nearly 3 years now..only reason she is still there is because she doesn't want the hassell of upheaval to another home,,if you want your loved ones looked after.. dont bother here,,
