I have lived in this apartment complex for nearly six (6) years. In that time we've had four (4) different office managers, one only staying for less than a year. We haven't had on staff maintenance in five (5) years. They raised our rent with the promise of renovations that were never received. In spite of business hours, they are never open. The office is habitually empty. They also never return my phone calls for maintenance orders. I often have to contact emergency maintenance to have my problems fixed.
Do not move here. There have been issues of vandalism in parking lots, outside units, and the property manager has done nothing to help reduce the issues. Security cameras were suggested to help alleviate the issues (other Guardian Management properties have security cameras in their parking lots) but the property manager totally refused to allow them to be installed.
