My family moved our Mother to Our Home in August of 2024 after we were unhappy with other long term facility that our Mother was in. After visiting and interviewing ten different places, the choice was an easy one. Tara, Chelsea and McKenzie were very patient very our family as very had many questions due to our very unpleasant prior experience. Our Home in New Albany was the perfect fit for my active Mother-in-law. We were so impressed with the staff, from Tara, who answered all of our questions about the facility, to McKenzie, who gently evaluated my Mother-in-law, and Jeff from maintenance, who assisted us as we moved her into her room and ensured she had everything she needed.
