Great providers, but uncaring front of office staff. We had a 6 day old with a bleeding umbilical cord stump and were asked to come in on about an hours notice. We were refused at the door because we missed our appointment window by 7 minutes (22 min late instead of 15), on a 25 min commute. It can be very difficult to get a small child out the door. All we asked was a small exception to the policy to have a provider take a quick look and tell us whether it was a problem, but they instead asked us to wait an hour. No excepti... read more
We see Dr. Sachs at Chestnut Hill Pediatrics but have also seen other providers and everyone — from front desk staff to nurses to doctors — is phenomenal! So kind, thorough, and professional.
