I live in central Indiana and bought a Rosseyanka Persimmon tree from Chestnut Hill Nursery. It arrived looking healthy and true-to-type. Unfortunately, the tree did not survive its first winter. The part below graft line is alive but the part above graft line is dead. When looking into the warranty, I learned that their policy does not cover winter kill or plant survival once it is in the ground. No overnight parking for truckers! It's a small, easy-to-miss entrance, but there is a business sign for the nursery. Take your time going down the drive; it's gravel and a little rough for a semi.
I received berry vines that were dead or dying . I sent several emails with picture to get a replacement . The company never replied. They don’t care this place is a rip off.
