I was really disappointed with my experience. I went in to have my gel polish removed and a dip powder manicure applied. After my nails were wrapped in acetone for about 20 minutes, the technician removed the foil but never had me wash or wipe my hands to remove the acetone residue before continuing. What concerned me most was that there was little to no cuticle prep. My cuticles weren’t pushed back, and the dead skin around my nails wasn’t cleaned before the dip powder was applied. Awesome service, one of the better pedicures of my life.
“Horrible Attitude & Customer Service “ First I called a few times today , they don't answer the phone . That in general is unprofessional. I should have caught on to that . I walk in . The staff all have their head down they don't even say hi . I approached them btw . When I got their attention, they said “ sorry we busy “ and hardly looked up at me to great me or salute me . Been coming here for years, they’re simply the best!!
Nails lasted less than a week then they started breaking and losing their shine (gel x) their customer service is terrible as they are all rude. I spent 125 for the worst job of my life. Don’t go here
