I think the receptionist at this location are awesome. Period. Sometimes we can't except no. Sometimes people don't recognize professional at work. Look I moved. Transferred to the northeast office. worst reception ever! The only reason I chose this place was because it's right next to where I live. Choose somewhere else! This place is basically rude.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the receptionist’s unprofessional conduct. When I inquired in August about making an appointment for September, she laughed at me, which I found highly disrespectful. As I attempted to ask a follow-up question, she abruptly ended the call. While I understand she may be working alone and that her job can be demanding, such behavior is entirely unacceptable for someone in a hospital reception role. I will be transferring my care to another hospital. Thank you.

Been going here for awhile and overall they’re pretty good, but sometimes they’re closed at weird times when they’re supposed to be open which can cause problems.

One of the worst facilities due to their receptionists. Always waiting close to 20 minutes on hild without a follow-up. They screen their calls to make certain ppl wait longer depending on how they feel about them. It's like a competition to see how long it'll take you to hang up. literally heard them say "And your number... Ooh." Then they put me on hold. Unacceptable! Don't let me get started on them falsifying records!
