You run a very efficient and friendly office. I have oddly sensitive teeth and gums and Kerry is incredibly patient with my cleanings. Thank you.
I was reminded of the appointment about twenty times. This was very annoying.
Meg and Eddy were wonderful at the front desk. Always make me feel great when they greet me upon arrival. Kerry is a wonderful hygienist and so upbeat and wonderful to talk with. Dr. Shale ALWAYS personally greets me even if he just sees me in the waiting area. He always explains any and all options and takes my personal needs into consideration.
Best experience so far with any dental office!
Unfortuntely the receptionist had to be on the phone while I was checking in so there wasnot much of a greeting . I had to fill out new patient papers when I arrived and felt a little in the way.
No problems,extremely pleased
As usual everyone was great.
