We had our chimney replaced and had a new fireplace put in and Chestnut Hill did a fantastic job. They were very knowledgeable, respectful of my home and family, hard working, thorough and fair in price. Missed first appointment then came out and cleaned chimney. Never checked chimney so it took a new stove and a decent company to discover the chimney they cleaned was COMPLETELY blocked. I suggest you run away from these folks as fast as you can, they just aren't very good at their business - they cost me thousands of dollars!!

When we were informed that our employee had not cleaned your chimney properly we apologized, immediately refunded your money and offered to clean the chimney again this spring for free. If we had known about it at that time we would have come out and had him redo the job under supervision. Unfortunately we didn't find out about any of this until a month later.
