The front desk receptionist Heather is wonderful. She went above and beyond. She took the time assist patients with mobility issues and explain everything upon entering. She got up so they didn't have to keep moving. She had a pleasant attitude at arrival and at checked out. Before even seeing the doctor, I recognized this was a joyous, welcoming environment that showed me this was where I needed to be. I’m disappointed. I was trying to schedule an appointment for my husband, a new patient. They must be having phone issues. I spoke with pat first who told me that only Melissa could schedule this appointment. So I was transferred to her. The phone rang and rang with no voicemail so I called back a second time and got Pat again. I was transferred and placed on hold and somehow ended up getting transferred to another patient trying to schedule their appointment.
