Just want to say what wonderful experiences I have with Dr Natasha Fonseka. Never have to wait ! Taken in exactly the time of appointment . Dr Foneska is thorough and explains everything in a way you can understand.
I went here for the first time just for a “check up”. The front desk lady was super nice and friendly. I didn’t have to wait long before being called back. I had an ekg with the nurse who was also very nice and professional. The doctor I saw was nice, informative and explained everything very well. He answered all of my questions and eased my worries about a test from a different doctor that seemed irregular. This is my second time here I came last year to see about my heart and today I came back again and the nurse was extremely rude because I was on the phone. I understand that being on the phone is frowned upon and most businesses however, I was on an emergency phone call and after she sent me in the room, I figured it was OK to continue my phone call. The care received was timely and good. Communication could be better. I’m currently on the phone with a collection agency settling a $28 debt as I’m deployed with a different mailing address and not once did they think to just call me.
