I was late and called and staff said if I’m in the office by 4:15 they would see me. Yes I arrived at 4:19 due to traffic on 309 and they refuse to see me despite me telling them it was urgent. I was upset and shown zero empathy or compassion.
They all are so nice and organized. No real wait time and the office is clean.
I was given the answers to all my questions. I was treated with concern and respect. I would highly recommend this practice.
My experience was very positive and I would recommend others to Dr Fonsrka. Also staff were most hospitable
