In the past, i wouldn't of posted a one star review from around 3 years ago But it seems like returning, they've made it as difficult as possible to recieve help. From constantly transferring my calls to telling me I have to call everyday at 6am to see if there's availability. This is a prime example as to why so many people struggle to get help. Mental health makes it very hard to even want to deal with the hassle of all the extra work they now require. It's much easier to just go somewhere else
The staff was amazing. The groups were amazing. The snacks thet had was such a variety. christie the 2nd shift nurse was wondering! I found it helped me so much. No one there was judge.
Do not go to Chestnut if you need a regular health doctor… I know most people would already know that’s a given, but I did not. I had the absolute worst experience with Dr. short at the Maryville location. The entire time she made me feel absolutely stupid and didn’t listen to a single thing I had to say. Not only did she not address my concerns but I have never experienced such terrible communication with a doctors office in my life.
