I posted a positive review 4 years ago. I have been seeing Dr. Ladd for the past 4 years. I feel that my review still stands. Dr. Ladd and the office staff of three are remarkable. I have never had a poor visit, from the minute I enter the door, the receptionist/administrator welcomes me and takes care of me as if I was family. The nurse takes care of all the incoming examinations with efficiency and a caring attitude. And of course, Dr. Ladd sets the standard for her practice.
