This office charged me $791 for a single xray of one tooth, numbing injection, crown removal, and gingivectomy. Told me I needed to have $2,894 more of work because she said I needed a bone graft and partial plate and the rest of the tooth removed. She didn’t remove the tooth that day (which should have been done) because of an old wrist injury. The most comprehensive exams I’ve ever had and an incredible staff. Glad a friend recommended. Dr. Willoughby cares about her patients overall health and how their dental care impacts their wellbeing. It's the most caring practice I've ever experienced, and I've lived in numerous locations. I was visiting Asheville from out of town and had a dental emergency. They were able to get me in to be seen by the doctor immediately and her and her amazing staff spent over an hour fixing my problem and relieving me of pain. I am so grateful for their competence, efficiency & friendliness. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Willoughby was very kind and throughrouly explained everything. She was up front with pricing, and gave me straight info while keeping an empathetic tone. I will definitely recommend this practice in the future!
Y'all, I don't even know where to start, but buckle up because my story is what dental horror stories are made of. I moved to the area a year ago and established care with Dr. Wendy Willoughby.
