Lived at the 923 building in 2010 while attending SU. Small studio apartments, perfect for a graduate student on a budget. Everything included for $365 a month. HOWEVER: The building was very unsafe with homeless people digging through dumpster and sleeping on the steps and walkways. Moved here match 1st .. None of my Plugs Work, NO FRIDGE, it’s Roach infested 🤮🤮 and the Tub and Sinks got that landlord special 🤮🤮 I have to take my toddler to friends houses everyday to eat and wash up.
Don't Move there, a lot drug's not a safe place to live, it's Not good, the New owner trying to change it, But it's to late unless they get everyone out, and start All Over again, get New people's in , They need the background check, Bad Place to live
