BEWARE**** My son and I moved here after his Dad left us, and it was literally the worst, most exhausting, stressful year of our life. The manager allowed our neighbor to terrorize us with absurd, false complaints. She has certain tenants who are friends and allow the harassment to take place. Such as standing outside of our door to my residence, taking a video in the middle of the day outside of quiet hours while my son and I watch TV, play, or listen to music. We have lived here collectively 4 years. I'll start with the positive which is Bridget. Bridget is a fantastic manager. She keeps this property clean, well maintained, well decorated. She's helpful, respectful and most importantly extremely personable & understanding. We couldn't ask for a better manager. This is a wonderful place to live. When I first found this place I was moving from Texas to Washington and the property manager Bridget made my move in experience as easy as could be. Bridget truly cares about the place, is fair, and treats all of the tenets who call Chestnut Cove home with respect. The property is well maintained, clean and secure and the price for the area is very reasonable along with the security deposit. Bridget has been a terrific apartment manager, being very straightforward and above board with everything. Very professional and helpful with issues around the apartment. However, as with everywhere else in the Puget Sound, rent is getting out of hand.
Absolutely love the manager, Bridget, whenever there has been an issue, which is very rare, she addresses it and has it taken care of with compassion and dignity. Definitely would recommend Chestnut cove apartments!
