Me and my girlfriend lived here for about a year and a half and it has been such an amazing experience from the property manager Bridget to our neighbors. everyone has been so loving and friendly threw the whole experience and we couldn’t be more grateful for our time here. if you are thinking about moving here please do, you wont regret it!
*Edit! Horrible neighborhood "gang" of kids getting into the building running, screaming, knocking on doors, causing trouble to where the police has been called. Summer time is Hell on earth if you want to hear constant screaming outside (& I don't mean kids being kids screaming, I'm meaning constant ear piercing screaming) The stair heaters are on 24/7 and yes that means even in the summer so don't pick the 2nd floor to live on because it's hotter than Hell. If you enjoy noise, this is the place to be. Loud traffic in the back, children running and screaming constantly, occasional marching band practice outside. If you're near the game room or god forbid under it, it's all you hear. People enjoy making as much noise as possible with the foosball table and running up and down the stairs. I lived at Chestnut Cove for 2 years and enjoyed it immensely while I was there. I lived on the 1st floor and never had an issue with ants so I'm not sure why they avoided my apartment and were in others. Bridget, the property manager, was always available when needed and also maintenance to fix a sink issue. My reason for moving was the price. BEWARE**** My son and I moved here after his Dad left us, and it was literally the worst, most exhausting, stressful year of our life. The manager allowed our neighbor to terrorize us with absurd, false complaints. She has certain tenants who are friends and allow the harassment to take place. Such as standing outside of our door to my residence, taking a video in the middle of the day outside of quiet hours while my son and I watch TV, play, or listen to music.
