Chestnut Cove in NOT handicapped friendly. If you are in a wheel chair or use a walker, you will find yourself in the road dodging traffic while maneuvering around cars blocking the sidewalk.
It only took two months of living in Chestnut Cove and dealing with the HOA for me to figure things out. The "FOR SALE" sign in my front yard says it all.
