I went for pelvic floor therapy after having 3 kids in a short period of time. I was having a lot of pain and limited movement and other issues that come with pelvic floor pain. I saw Cortlynn and she was the sweetest soul! She made me feel comfortable, understood and heard. I was supposed to go for 8 weeks, but after 5 weeks of consistently doing my exercises and following her instructions my pain went to almost 0 and I could do things I hadn’t been able to after having kids. Again, Cortlynn was amazing!
Words cannot express my deep appreciation for Cortland. She was so patient with me and taught me so much regarding my body and how it works! I’ve been suffering for several years with pelvic floor issues and with lots of hard work we worked together to get my confidence and life back.
