It seems like they live up to their reputation. I had a suspected exhaust leak, and they identified the issue and were able to repair it. The mechanic broke down the fix for me and the cost, very transparently, including the possibility (although it didn't happen) that a bolt may break and require extra labour. So, yeah, good experience overall, and I'll likely be back for future repairs.
Just had my car serviced for a coolant outlet assembly issue and they were incredible (especially Matt). Super honest about all the costs and broke it down for me even just when I asked for the estimate. When I went to pick up my car the price was the same as the estimate and they even gave me the old part back like I asked. Very efficient, kind, and honest service. Happy to have found a mechanic near me I can trust for future work down the line!
