It’s not a great place to stay the landlord Ms.Flo does not make sure things are up to date in your apartment I have holes in my wall from leaks that have happened and they don’t fix it there is so much mold in all the apartments and then you have to deal with mice in the winter and all she gives is sticky pads to catch the mice smh
If you're older so nice place to relax and enjoy your time management is next and it's up quiet area
I stayed there for years. They are so unprofessional. I never was given my security deposit back. I left the place clean. All of a sudden while staying there I was told I owe back rent of $200 then when the landlord boss came down, she told me $600. They had police to come to our doors to give me a certain time to pay or I will be evicted. I wasn't as legal smart as I am now, I paid it cause I didn't have all my receipts.
