I've been here a month now, very nice apartment, after 16 years of climbing a steep staircase it's great to be in a ground floor apartment. I've made friends with two great dogs already! Pretty much soundproof walls, can't hear my neighbors. Good move!
Mary is very unprofessional liar and a thief. I submitted my application after being denied for 1k in past debt. She said well if you take care of it you can resubmit application but it will cost u another application fee. I strictly asked her is it only my past debt she told me yes now today I'm told it's my past rental history. She was very nasty and unprofessional when I went to ask for the reason why. me and my boyfriend LOVE it. super affordable compared to any of the other apartments we looked at in the northeast area. plenty of room for the two of us, super quiet, and in a good area. mary is super helpful and made sure we got everything we were looking for plus more! anytime we need maintenance they are here within minutes, and are super quick to take care of the problem. definitely recommend these!
