Chestnut Acres is a wonderful place to call home. Management ensures that the units are well maintained and the grounds are as well. The current Manager, Ms. Lofties, is an excellent Property Manager. She is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful to the residents.

Constant shift in property managers resulting in horrible communication towards residents, hard to get in contact with property managers, might as well not even put in maintenance requests as they don’t seem to ever fulfill them, constant harassing emails about renters insurance even when given correct information, only positives are that it’s relatively cheap compared to other apartments in the area and quiet otherwise don’t bother.
