I lives here for three years. Didn't really have any issues and maintenance was usually on point. Two years in the water heater began leaking and they had it fixed within a few days. They changed the property manager though a few months ago and the new one is never in the office. The lady that responds to emails, calls and can occasionally be seen on the property is not the one I was introduced to by Mary, the former property manager so I am unsure what happened there. Excellent
I've been here a month now, very nice apartment, after 16 years of climbing a steep staircase it's great to be in a ground floor apartment. I've made friends with two great dogs already! Pretty much soundproof walls, can't hear my neighbors. Good move!
